554-0209 Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) # 11 consisting of
VA medical centers located in Indiana, Michigan, and Danville, IL has
a requirement for assessing employee education levels and the content
of existing employee education programs in all medical centers in the
VISN involving the area of customer satisfaction. The solicitation
will include existing survey data that the offeror will be required to
review and analyze and propose a methodology that they will use to
accomplish a full and complete assessment. Methodology may include site
visits and interviews at each medical center and development of other
data. The successful offeror will be required to develop
recommendations for a course of action to correct deficiencies and
establishment of an on-going customer service program. Each offeror
will be required to submit a timetable for completion of the
requirements although the VA would like to have complete by July 15,
1999. An offeror providing these services must be knowledgeable in the
area of customer service and have a demonstrated track record of
accomplishments. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will
be considered. The solicitation will be issued o/a March 26, 1999.
Responses are due three weeks after the issue date. Requests for the
