SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT NOTIFICATION The proposed contract action is for construction service for which the Government intends to award construction of 3 additional housing duplex units to Red Samm Construction Inc. as a follow on contract to the existing contract for 8 housing duplex units. This sole source procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (iii)(A)and (B) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements due to substantial duplication of cost that is not expected to be recovered through competition and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency requirement for the additional units. Construct 3 bedroom duplex family housing units. Work includes site work, utilities and landscaping. SIC Code 1522. The estimated price range for this contract is between $1 and 2 million.
