Principal features: preparation/clearing of site, installation of gravel surface (approx. 82,475 square yards, space for 2500 vehicles), entry access road, overhead security lighting, overhead electrical distribution system, chain-link security fence, pre-fabricated fully assembled guard building complete with all utilities (electrical, heating, water, lavatory, break area etc.). This procurement is estimated to be between $250,000 -- $500,000. This procurement will be issued as a small business set-aside under the authority of DFARS 219.1006 (b)(2) and FAR subpart 19.5 for SIC code 1611. The anticipated issue date will be on or about 22 March 1999. This will be a time sensitive procurement, which will have a completion date of no later than 1 July 1999.
