All work will be performed under a single contract. The site is located in downtown Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and within Independence National Historical Park. The site is bounded by Chestnut Street to the north, Fifth Street to the east, Walnut Street to the south, and Sixth Street to the west. All work in this project is being done in a National Landmark/World Heritage Site and utmost caution shall be taken, particularly when working around structures.
