Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to accomplish Project MIN 95-0009, Replace A/C DO-9, at Minot AFB, ND in accordance with specifications MIN 95-0009 and drawings. Work is 50% General 35%, Mechanical and 15% Electrical. Project to include removal of existing high-speed blower, ductwork, heating coil, cooling coil, piping, chiller, condenser and removal of insulation, which contains asbestos. Install new package air conditioning units with humidity controls. Include new ductwork, insulation, electrical and grilles as required. The work is in a restricted area. The existing high-speed blower must remain operational until after 1 Aug 99. All work to be accomplished in room 204, must be done in five consecutive calendar days. Performance period to be 180 calendar days. Project magnitude is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. Project documents will be available O/A 23 March 99, through the Minot AFB Homepage ONLY.
