Original request for bid packages are still on file and those companies do not need to make another request. The U.S. Wildlife Service invites bids on a contract for the renovation of the existing guard shack into a Visitor Contact Station for the Occoquan Bay National Wildlife Refuge, Woodbridge,Virginia. The work shall consist of all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the renovation. Trades include demolition, utilities, masonry, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, interior finishing, roofing, and window repair and replacement. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $200,000. This is an unrestricted procurement in accordance with Public Law 100-656 and is open to any size business. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. Issue date is on or about March 16, 1999. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC Code) is 1542; size standard is $17 million.
