The Government intends to purchase on a sole source, all or none, basis the following Maintenance Assist Module (MAM) Cases manufactured by Zero Enclosures, a Zero Corporation company: (1) Case Assembly with foam-Zero control number 61-101699, serial number on cases required P/N 7921306-00 Rev A. (83 each). Customer to supply and install manuals. These MAM cases must be identical to the CY-8443A/UYK-44(V) cases previously procured by PMS 400G33. Zero Enclosures is the sole source for this procurement based on availability of cases meeting requisite standards. Zero is the manufacturer of these cases. These cases are formed to carry specifically shaped components. Portable cases are required for storage of AN/UYK-44 MAM aboard USN and FMS ships. FMA requirements are further broken into Spanish AEGIS Weapon System (AWS)(F101_F104) and PMS 410-13 Vertical Launching system 9VLS)(F24-F127,LCF04, and DD2230-DD2236). These cases will have a fitted foam insert provided in the upper and lower portion of each case. The top portion will be attached to the lower with a scissors latch. A pressure release valve will be installed in the front of each case. The 83 cases are to be shipped as follows: 68 shall be shipped to Lockheed Martin Pureland Warehouse (DODAC Q98086), 405 Heron Drive, Bridgeport, NJ 08014 marked for: PMC 400G33 UYK-44 MAM Case Special Order, Attn: H. Campbell, PMSD 400NA4; (609)722-2068. The remaining 15 cases shall be shipped to: NAVDSEALOGREP MK-41 VLS, Life Cycle Support Facility (N47273), 2895 Golf Course Drive, Ventura, Ca. 93003, Attn: J. Robinson (805)656-4149/6. Award is to be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All vendors shall provide written information stating they are a valid authorized Zero Corporation distributor.
