Wording in solicitation is, "Both the Modular Glove Standard Liner and the Modular Mitt Liners shall fit interchangeably into the Modular Mitt in addition to the Modular Glove shell.") Answer: NO Will a proposal for part of the system only, such as the glove shell only, be considered as long as the glove shell fits with the rest of the system as described? Answer: We will only consider a proposal for the complete system, but that should not preclude the prime contractor from subcontracting a component. The prime is still responsible to make sure all components are compatible.
