The U.S. Department of Education is issuing a Request for Quotation(RFQ) for the National Goals Panel(NEGP) an intergovernmental body of 18 federal and state officials charged with monitoring and reporting progress towards the eight(8) National Education Goals. Each year the Panel releases an annual report showing the progress of the nation and each state towards the Goals. The release of these publications will occur in one of the NEGP states. The vendor shall work with the the NEGP to design and implement a news generation strategy and media coverage for three scheduled Panel meetings in September and December 1999, and February 2000. The opening date of this solicitation is March 9, 1999 and closes April 16, 1999.
