B -- SUPPORT FOR NETWORK CENTRIC UNDERSEA WARFARE OBJECTIVES SOL N00024-99-R-6320 POC 02632M, Ms. Traci Mounts, 703-602-7707 The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and the Program Executive Office for Undersea Warfare [PEO(USW)] Advanced Systems and Technology Office (ASTO) intend to issue a sole source contract with TKC International, P.O. Box 2102, Middleburg, VA 20118 for 200 manhours of support in integrating high value systems and technologies for network centric undersea warfare. TKC International possesses extensive and unique technical experience with Fleet Battle Experiments and specialized C4I expertise. TKC is the only known company that possesses the in-depth technical knowledge required to satisfactorily perform the work under the contract contemplated herein. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
