These services will support the integration of Access Data Password Recovery Software into ACES. The resultant contract will be comprised of one base year, not-to-exceed 12 months total contract life. Through four years of service to the Computer Analysis Response Team (CART), Access Data Corporation has gained knowledge and experience related to the ACES program. However, vendors able to meet this requirement are invited to provide, within 45 days of this publication, technical capabilities, pricing and other information which shows a bona fide ability to meet this requirement. If no affirmative responses are received within this time to determine that a comparable source more advantageous to the government is available, negotiations will be conducted with Access Data Corporation.
