Proposals will be evaluated on the following factors: Price and Past Performance. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The SIC Code is 7389. Solicitations must be downloaded from the above website, no written solicitations will be issued. All information required for submission of an offer will be included in the solicitation. We do not issue receipts for your offer. No information will be given over the phone. The government is contemplating a contract for the basic period and four one-year option periods.
