The solicitation number is DAHA2099RB007. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Air National Guard is contemplating a firm fixed price contract for Communications Services. These services are currently being performed by the Government, and a direct conversion under OMB Circular A-76 will be conducted to determine the most cost-effective mode of operation. The proposed contract will have a twelve-month Basic Period with two twelve-month Option Periods. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. A contract will not be awarded if Government performance is determined to be more advantageous. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC)code for this solicitation is 4581, the small business size is $5,000,000.00. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The Base Operations function provides the following services to support the Selfridge ANG Base Airfield, but are not limited to: Base Operations, Airfield Facilities Management, Airfield Maintenance, Airfield Use/Access Control, Flight Line Driving Passes, Flight Planning Publications and NOTAMS, Flight Services, Transient Aircrew Support, Emergency Response and Administration.
