This requirement is a competitive contract for engineering and technical services to support electronic systems, simulation cockpits, portable simulation cockpits, and aircrew trainers/simulators as required by the Navy and other DoD and non-DoD agencies. Services will include the design, manufacture, fabrication, development, installation, integration, test, upgrade, modification, refurbishment, documentation, and operation and maintenance of electronic systems as described above. This acquisition is a first time buy. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The SIC code is 8711 and the size standard is $20 million. The FSC is R425. This procurement is anticipated to be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee, IDIQ, Level of Effort type contract for one base year and four option years. The total number of hours to be tasked for the base and option years is 343,700 hours. Delivery schedule will be determined in each delivery order. Award shall be based on "best value".
