The solicitation number is DAHA2099RB010. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Air National Guard is contemplating a firm fixed price contract for Communications Services. These services are currently being performed by the Government, and a direct conversion under OMB Circular A-76 will be conducted to determine the most cost-effective mode of operation. The proposed contract will have a twelve-month Basic Period with two twelve-month Option Periods. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. A contract will not be awarded if Government performance is determined to be more advantageous. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this solicitation is 7389, the small business size is $5,000,000.00. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: The targeted Communications functions provide the following services to support Selfridge ANG Base, but are not limited to: Visual Information Services, Mail Distribution and Telephone Billing. A brief breakdown of these services include, but are not limited to: 1. Visual Information Services including still photography, video services, operating self help center, and maintaining work order control system. 2. Mail service including postage metering, processing, and delivery. 3. Telephone billing services to include processing telephone work orders, customer training, telephone billing, maintaining database, interfacing with phone companies, and verifying charges. Contractors must be fully qualified in all aspects of the requirement to be considered. REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION: Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.
