SOL NDR990015 DUE 052699 POC Rex Thomsen, Contracting Officer 303/236-9443 The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Northern Field Office has a requirement for the design and fabrication of 34 wayside interpretive panels. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) will provide the Contractor with a Wayside Exhibit Report (WER) which identifies for each panel the following information; site location, topic, theme, draft interpretive text and suggested photographs, illustrations, diagrams or maps. From this, and working with the BLM, the Contractor will develop conceptual and final design plans for each panel, screen print ten copies of each panel, and embed two of these in fiberglass to fit Hopewell Manufacturing bases. This requirement does not include exhibit bases or installation. Performance time will be approximately one year from award of a contract.
