FEE FOR HARD COPY SOLICITATIONS As part of TACOM's Acquisition Center's continuing effort to achieve a "paperless" environment, we will not longer send out solicitation packages in hard copy format. However, contractors requiring a hard copy solicitation package are advised that, in accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(6), there is a fee schedule. The fee will depend on the size of the package. For solicitations 32 pages and under, the fee is $18.00. Each page thereafter is an additional $.20 per page. This package will include the hardcopy solicitation, CD-ROM containing Technical Data, and any amendments that change any part of the solicitation. The fee for the CD-ROM containing Technical Data will be $4.60. Any technical data that cannot be viewed via the Acquisition Center Solicitation Webpage will be free of charge to contractors. Announcements will still appear in the Commerce Business Daily. All of TACOM's unclassified solicitations over $2,500 will be posted to the Acquisition Center Webpage: http://www.tacom.army.mil/acqcen. Requests for hard copy solicitations and payment should be mailed to: USATACOM, AMSTA-AQ-DE (Solicitation Requests), Warren, MI 48397-5000. Payment is to accompany requests for solicitation.
