The primary objective of this contract is to provide engineering, design and/or construction services for the maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation of Fort Sill facilities. Typical work requirements are as follows: Engineering and Design covering all of the basic disciplines and Construction covering common construction tasks covering all 16 divisions of the Construction Specification Institute (CSI). Contract period shall be for one year (12 months). Work required by the contract shall be issued as individual task orders. Task orders shall be awarded competitively. Contractor selection shall be based on the following Major Factors (listed in descending order of importance): Past Performance, Sub-Contracting Support Capability, Support Staff, Management Ability, and Quality Control Plan. The estimated issue date is March 24, 1999.
