The work in this solicitation is to include but is not limited to furnish all labor, material,transportation, supervision, quality control and services necessary to replace existing Terne Metal roof on VORTAC Facility on Building 655. The VORTAC facility is a specialized roof with calibrated radar equipment attached. Building contractors will be required to submit proof of specialized experience in replacing terne-plate VORTAC roofing for a minimum of five years. All of VORTAC roof replacement work shall be furnished and installed in strict accordance with the Government Statement of Objectives, the Contract Drawings and Specifications.
