Fortin (508) 968-6521 The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, materials, transportation, equipment, and other services necessary to complete work in accordance with contract specification 99040F. Work shall be conducted on building 5417, a single story, single family flattop housing unit, buildings 5334, 5366, and 5665, two family, two story row units, and building 5441, a four family, two story row unit. Work consists of; (a) removal of existing built-up tar and gravel roof down to clean plywood decking; (b) replacement of an estimated 320 sq. ft. of water damaged plywood decking on each roof with a job total of 1,600 sq. ft.; (c) installation of 6 mil vapor barrier over cleaned roof decking; (d) installation of new ISO insulation per drawing and as specified herein; (e) installation of new .060 black, fully adhered, EPDM roofing per the membrane manufacturer's requirements; (f) installation of new flashing, gutters, downspouts, and drip edge; (g) painting of chimneys and DWVs; (h) site cleanup and restoration; (f) final inspection by COTR. The specified work will be done at USCG Air Station Cape Cod, MA 02542-5024. A payment bond will be required for any awards over $25K prior to commencement. SIC code for this project is 1761. Contract commencement will be established at the Pre-Construction meeting. Completion date will be forty-five (45) days after commencement.
