D -- SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT OVID SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE SOL 69D-049-99 DUE 031899 POC Diane Brazale, Contracting Officer (414) 902-5403 The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends on negotiating a Sole Source Contract with Ovid Technology of 333 Seventh Avenue, 4th Floor New York New York 10001 to provide Software Maintenance, Service and Support for the EXISTING Ovid Technology Software. The above Maintenance is for the Chicago Healthcare System (Lakeside & Westside) Chicago IL. Software includes: Medline, Healthstar and Cinahl. Required services will be for the period beginning April 1, 1999 through March 31, 2000 plus two (2) Option Renewal Periods. To the Government's knowledge, Ovid Technology is the only source that can provide the required software maintenance and support on all three products. Any responsible firm that believes that it has the capability to provide the above may request a copy of the RFQ. All responses will be considered.
