Work shall be performed on or near the Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island SC; Beaufort Naval Hospital, Beaufort SC; Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort SC; and Laurel Bay Military Housing Area, Beaufort SC. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, management, tools, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform all work requirements in accordance with the specifications. All work shall comply with applicable state, federal, local, Government laws, safety regulations and procedures. The Government contemplates award of an Indefinite Quantity Requirements Contract and except as the specification provides, the Government will order from the contractor all the services specified that are required to be purchased by the Government activities specified in the solicitation. The initial period of performance will be approximately five (5) months, from award through September 1999. The specification contains two (2) one (1) year option periods to be executed by the Government if found to be in the Government's best interest. Federal Acquisition Regulation Clause 52.217-8, "Option to Extend Services", will be included in the solicitation. The proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
