Contractor shall provide labor, material, equipment, supervision to remove existing roofing AND to install new roofing system at the USDA, Agricultural Research Service in Kimberly, Idaho. Work shall consist of the following: demolition and disposal of existing roofing and flashing; installation of new modified bitumen roof membrane over tapered insulation; and incidental work in accordance with the specifications provided.
