This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR PART 12. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The SIC Code and Size Standard are 3679 and 500 employees, respectively. The DPAS Rating for this procurment is DO-C9. The anticipated release date of RFQ3-105398 is on or about 3-11-99 with an anticipated quote due date of on or about 3-26-99. All qualified responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. An ombudsman has been appointed -- See Internet Note "B".
