The U.S. Department of Commerce/NOAA, intends to contract for the manufacture of 30 each pulse forming networks, NSN: 5915-01-360-9876, Westinghouse p/n 1D20989H01. The item referenced was manufactured by TDL, Inc., Cage Code 21966 for Westinghouse for inclusion in the Nexrad Radar System. The Government does not have rights in data or technical specifications. TDL, Inc. is the only known source of supply for this item. The item will be manufactured and delivered to the National Weather Service, National Reconditioning Center; Kansas City, Missouri. The intended procurement is for supplies for which the Government intends to acquire from one manufacturer under the authority of 41USC253 (c)(1). The Government knows of only one source authorized to provide the item identified. This is not a request for proposals and there is no solicitation available at this time. This acquisition is being conducted pursuant to the guidelines set forth in FAR part 13.
