E-MAIL: Sheela Lopez, lopez@pica.army.mil. The U.S. Army TACOM-ARDEC intends to procure 30,844 Outer Packs for the 120MM Mortar Cartridge and 3,567 Outer Packs for the 81MM Mortar Cartridge. This requirement will also include two options for each outer pack as follows: For the 120MM Outer Pack, the first option is for an additional 132,500. The second option is for 117,500 outer packs. The 81MM Outer Pack includes two options for 5,000 Outer Packs each. The contractor shall manufacture, inspect, test, package and ship the outer packs in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and standards listed in the solicitation.
