Gray, 719-333-4060, or Bruce Taylor, 719-333-2869 Description: This is a solicitation for the purchase of CBORD software, training, installation, and migration of CBORD software upgrades to existing system maintain at 34th Service Squadron Mitchell Hall. A CBORD authorized engineer shall perform the work and the equipment shall be furnished in accordance with Statement of work and the general conditions of the specifications. The Contractor shall ensure total success of system migration from the existing system to Windows NT while maintaining historical data. Software purchase consists of CBORD Catering Management System, C-Port Nutritional Kiosk for cadet information, Electronic Data Interface, Interface with Accounting System, Menu Management System. The software packages are used to perform the daily functions of planning and forecasting, purchasing and forecasting, bid analysis, inventory management and catering management functions for approximately 15,000 meals per day. Purchase of eight additional CBORD licenses. Contractor shall provide training for staff on development uses of queue, batch files, and reports. Contractor shall provide written a training manual with easy to follow instructions for operation of the system. The contractor must be a CBORD reseller and warranty station. They must also be authorized to rewrite and install software and fully test the installation. No telephone requests for this solicitation will be allowed.
