The requirement is to maintain and manage the Combat Equipment Base-Southwest Asia, Doha, Qatar. Interested sources should be capable of performing maintenance on a variety of wheeled and tracked vehicles, non-tactical vehicles, etc. and operating a Government Supply activity. The DRAFT PWS can be downloaded via the Internet: http://www.ioc.army.mil/ac/aais/ioc/solinfo/sow/sow.htm. The DRAFT PWS is anticipated to be available on the internet on or about 1 Apr 99. Comments regarding the DRAFT PWS shall be forwarded, in writing electronically, to Headquarters, Industrial Operations command, ATTN: AMSIO-ACE-D (Ms. Julie Seaba) at seabaj@ioc.army.mil not later than 16 Apr 99. All comments received become the property of the Government and will not be disseminated. The Government will evaluate comments provided and will make revisions to the PWS, as appropriate.
