General Services Administration is interested in receiving expressions of interest from individuals or businesses who might be interested in leasing space to the Federal Government in Houston, TX. Requirements would be for 210,000 to 252,000 usable square feet of first class office space located predomiately in an existing building having sufficient parking area for up to 450 automobiles, and a perimeter setback of at least 100 feet on all sides is preferable but not required. Space could be occupied as early as fall of 2001, but delivery could be accepted at a later date. The Government would offer a firm term lease of up to 20 years, and more information will be made available to interested parties in the near future.
