Major items of construction are as follows: Mobilization and demobilization (lump sum); onsite and offsite debris removal (lump sum); seeding, sprigging and mulching (119 acrs) NOTE: No grass seeding may be performed between the dates of September 10 and October 20, 1999.; rock riprapping (2,798 tons); diversion construction for erosion control (2,400 L.F.); access road construction (11,052 L.F.); installation of irrigation system (lump sum); application of irrigation water on seeded area (6.4 M. gallons) and installation of chain link fence for protection of completed site (896 L.F.).
