SIC CODE 1542 PROJECT: Power for FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT MAGNITUDE: LESS THAN $25,000.00 Vendors must be CCR (Contract Certified Registration) STATEMENT OF WORK: Power panel board with 10 food service equipment circuits for the Hillside Dining Facility, Bldg 324, Offutt AFB all work shall fully comply with the 1999 National Electrical code (NEC). All materials shall be UL or CTL labeled or listed. A qualified electrician shall do all work. WIRING: All wiring in finished areas shall be run concealed in walls and ceilings. Repair any finished areas damaged by this contract. CONDUIT: Provide electrical metallic tubing (EMT) with compression connectors install conduit perpendicular to existing walls and ceilings. Conduit shall be a minimum of one size larger than required by the nec. CONDUCTORS: Conductors shall be copper with THHN insulation. Provide color coded insulation to identify phase and voltage. Home runs may be combined nec conductor derating rules shall be applied. RECEPTACLES: Provide specification grade receptacles. Receptacles shall be flush mounted. 20A 120V receptacle circuits (8 TOTAL) shall be noted. Label each device plate with panel and circuit designation. PANELBOARD: KL-4: Provide a new 200A 3-pole breaker in existing panel board KL-1. Feed panel board KL-4 from KL-1 with 4#4/O, 1#6 ground, in 3_ conduit panel board KL-4 shall be a 225A 120/208V 30 42-pole MLO commercial grade panel board. Provide eight 20A single pole, 2 30A 2-pole, and one 60A 2-pole breakers. ELECTRICAL Plan Notes: Provide a NEMA 14-30 receptacle. Run 4#8 to a 30A 2-pole breaker. The receptacle shall be mounted on a power pole. Run 3#4 to a 60A 2 pole breaker. The equipment will be hardwired by the govt. Provide a NEMA 6-30 receptacle. Run 3#8 to a 30A 2 pole breaker.
