This acquistion is being procured under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, and is open for competition by both large and small businesses. The estimated construction range is $300,000 to $600,000. The solicitation Issue date will be o/a 5/5/99. The Bid Opening date will be o/a 6/4/99. The dates for the Site Visit or Pre-Construction Conference will be announced in the Solicitation when issued. Award is expected to take place o/a 6/21/99. Construction start date is expected to commence o/a/7/6/99. Scope of Work: The project includes, but may not be limted to the following features: 1. Remodeling in portions of the basement, first floor and attic. 2. Remodeling in the First Floor Office of Hearing and Appeals.
