All windows will be installed and attached to the rock forming the rough openings and cased. Window frames and sash are to be constructed of Ponderosa pine, hinges are to be concealed and windows are to be lockable. Weatherproofing is to be a double system of vinyl weatherstripping. The hardware will consist of stainless steel track with other hardware powder painted.
