The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Tennessee (USPFO for TN) has a requirement to Revitalize PMEC TV Station, Bldg. 416, for the Tennessee Air National Guard (ANG) at McGhee Tyson ANG Base, TN, located in Knoxville, TN. Contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals, as required by the contract specifications and drawings, to renovate PMEC TV Station, Bldg. 416. Work shall include the following: 1) installation of new interior metal stud partitions, 2) new mechanical systems, 3) complex electrical distribution to include emergency stand-by generator and UPS, 4) specialized acoustic finishes, 5) a motorized partition wall, and 6) new architectural finishes as required. Estimated cost of the construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00.
