This procurement is for the renovation of an existing community center facility at Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee. This project involves demolition of approximately 2,140 square feet, consisting of one-story concrete slab, wood frame, and wood siding building. Demolition work includes asbestos and lead removal. The new work consists of the addition of one-story concrete slab and wood frame brick building. The work includes wood stud walls, brick, drywall, insulated windows, insulation, suspended ceiling system, lighting, power, painting, HVAC system, sprinkler system, plumbing, and communication system. The period of performance will be 230 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The estimated order of magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.
