Install new tapered insulation, covered by a new EPDM single ply membrane and protected by a concrete paver ballast system. Provide new flashing details at roof edges, penthouse base, window washing elevator rails, and other penetrations. Provide new roof drains to improve drainage. Approximate total area of roof to be replaced is 25,000 square feet. This work will be performed at the JCK Federal Building, 230 S. Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois.
