Conley, Contracting Officer, (256) 313-4065 K DESC: The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command proposes to award Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) DAAH23-99-G-0012 to Longbow Limited Liability Company, 5798 South Semoran Blvd., Orlando, Florida 32822, to acquire technical data and engineering services necessary for continued logistical support of the AH-64D Longbow Apache Fire Control Radar System and/or related parts. The scope of the BOA includes all services and supplies necessary for the technical support of the AH-64D Fire Control Radar, development/evaluation of new components, investigations/analysis of service revealed deficiencies, engineering changes to improve performance of existing components and supplies. The proposed method of procurement will be by issuance of delivery orders against the BOA under the authority and Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(C) (1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties should identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
