The United States Air Force is requesting quotes for the Renovation of Building 1503, First and Second Floors, at Hanscom AFB, MA. The principal items of work include, but are not limited to: Asbestos removal, sizing, selection of material, sample color charts, dimensioned shop drawings, demolishing existing interior walls and closets, carpeting, installing; interior window security cage, installing doors and frames, all door hardware, new paint, cleaning, vinyl wall base, carpentry, demo interior electrical, relocate duplex receptacles, relocate wall mounted thermostats, relocate light switches, relocate phone jacks, replace existing ceiling fixture with four light florescent fixtures, interior electrical work, interior mechanical works, install new exhaust fan, reconfigure existing fire detection system in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards and with specifications and drawings.
