Requirement Description: The Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has a requirement for a telecommunications point-of-presence(POP) to serve the Silver Spring Maryland Campus. This location is involved in many programs supporting the scientific, commercial and public safety disciplines. There are approximately 4,000 employees located on the campus, thus requiring a large number of telecommunications services for voice and data connect to all points on the globe. All responsible sources are invited to submit proposals in writing, signed by an authorized individual of the company. The Government will not accept electronic, telegraphic, facsimile or telephonic proposals. Award will be made to the responsible, responsive offeror whose offer is deemed technically acceptable and represents the best value to the Government. The Government intends to made one award.
