conducting a market survey to locate additional sources for software
that will transfer data files from one point to another in a secure
environment, and which can operate on an NT or MVS platform. The
current source for this software is Sterling Commerce, and their
product is called CONNECT: DIRECT. Independent software vendors are
requested to submit their product literature and commercial pricelist
