SOURCES SOUGHT: The Information Management Department (IMD) at the Naval Air Warfare Center, Patuxent River, Maryland is seeking sources capable of providing contractor support in Information Technology Services and Administrative Support Services. These services are currently performed by the Government and a cost comparison will be conducted, under OMB Circular A-76, to determine the most cost effective mode of operation. An in-house cost estimate is being developed by the Government and a contract may or may not be awarded as a result of this process. A Sources Sought announcement is not a request for proposal and in no way commits the Government to award a contract. If a contract award is made, the award will be in accordance with Part I, Chapter 3, Paragraph H of OMB Circular A-76. This Sources Sought announcement contains the best currently available information and is subject to change. Security clearances shall be required for select personnel and facilities.
