The intent of this solicitation and any resultant contract is to obtain services of a multi-engine, high-wing airplane fully operated by qualified personnel and equipped with a Government-furnished Forward Looking Infra-red (FLIR) system for use in administration and protection of Public Lands. The aircraft furnished will be used for command and control during the aerial attack of wildland fires; aerial observation and reconnaissance flights.
