A basic year and four consecutive option years will be solicited. Services include adminstrative, planning and management services for ICS; repair of AN/APN- 241 Low Power Color Radar; Contractor Acquired Parts (CAP) or Materials necessary for repair that shall be charged to contract; repair of non- standard repair parts; and various data in reporting and documentation of the ICS effort. Generally, parts will be shipped to contractor, repaired and shipped back. Various terms are yet to be determined. The intended source is Northrop Grumman Corp. The Government does not have the data to support a competitive data package solicitation. All interested sources idetified in response to the synopsis will be considered. However, it is anticipated there will be no effective competition due to the lack of critical competitive technical data and the tec! hnical complexity of supporting th e AN/APN-241 LPCR.
