The approximate average capacity strength is 300 students (130 residential males, 130 residential females, 5 non-residential males and 35 non-residential females). A pre-proposal conference will be convened at 10:00 a.m. (EST) on April 6, 1999 in the Colony Room at the Grafton Job Corps Center, 191 Westboro Road, North Grafton, Massachusetts 01536. There will be a tour of the facility immediately following the pre-proposal conference.
