Remodel will involve approximately 77,000 gross square feet and an addition of approximately 7,000 S.F. The new construction involves two new elevators and one exit stairway, masonry and roofing work. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Period of performance is 365 calendar days. The solicitation package for this Invitation For Bid is limited to 8(a) firms serviced by the Arizona Small Business Adminstration District Office.
