All work is to include demolition, exterior renovation work, finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and incidental related work, complete and ready for use. Contract duration is 434 calendar days. The estimated cost is more than $10,000,000.00. The Standard Industrial Code is 1542. The government intends to use best value method of procurement. Contractors with at least ten (10) years experience on projects valued at $10,000,000.00 or more and where there are a number of projects underway at the same time in renovations and alterations of buildings and similar work are encourage to request a solicitation package. The contractor will be required to perform at least 50% of the total value of the project using his own workforce. The type of contract is anticipated to be fixed price award fee.
