Delivery orders will detail the work identified in the line item schedule. Non-line item work may also be required under the contracts awarded under this solicitation. The term of the contract is one year, with four one-year options. The estimated cost is between $2,000,000 and $10,000,000 per year. The project is open to all business concerns. The small business size is $17,000,000. A subcontracting plan will be required if award is made to large business concerns.
