Modify the combined synopsis/solicitation as follows: Add CLIN 0002, 1 each Liquid Cooling Unit, Electro Impulse Laboratory Model #54170, Brand Name or Equal in Accordance with the following Salient Characteristics: a. Return pressure restriction less than 10 psi at return hose termination b. Differential Pressure Meter -- 0 to 30 psi +/- 5 psi, measurement point at hose termination c. Adjustable Flow Control -- 1.5 gpm to 4.0 gpm d. No reservoir in Cooling Unit (will use transmitter reservoir) e. Flow Meter 0-5 gpm f. Coolant Hose -- 12' +/- 3" -- terminate with "-16 37 degree flare female fitting g. Maximum dimensions of unit -- 23" wide, 3' deep, 6' 6" high (with the 23" being the front) h. Coolant hoses coming from rear of unit i. Polyalphaolephin (PAO) Coolant j. Return Temperature Gauge, 0 -- 240 degrees maximum k. Heat Load approx. 10,000 watts l. Approx. 90 degrees F +/- 10 degrees F m. Prime Input Power 115V, 1-Phase, 60 Hz less than 20 amp n. Supply Temperature Gauge, 0—240 degrees maximum o. Flow Switch Interlock closes at 1 gpm p.
