Sources not previously waived for first article will be required to test 11 samples and provide a First Article Report within 150 days after the date of the contract. Various increments solicited: 900 thru 999; 1000 thru 1499; 1500 thru 1999; 2000 thru 2499; 2500 thru 4999. Delivery schedule: With waiver of First Article Testing -- 1500 each in 90 days after the date of the contract and the balance to be delivered at the rate of 1500 each every 30 days thereafter. Without waiver of First Article Testing -- 1500 each in 300 days after the date of the contract and the balance to be delivered at the rate of 1500 each every 30 days thereafter. This is anticipated to be a 12 month (365 days) contract. Quantities and destinations to be provided with each delivery order. Copies of Military and Federal specifications and Standars, Qualified Product Lists and Military handbooks may be obtained from Commanding Officer, Naval Publications and Forms Center (NPFC), 5801 Tabor Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19120.
