These technical order services are summarized as follows: electronic capture, conversion, and update processes for technical order documents; editorial development, sustainment, and configuration management of technical order documents; technical support services to manage, maintain, and administer all computing hardware and software utilized in the editorial, conversion and supporting processes, and in the capture, storage, maintenance and distribution of digitized technical orders.
